1. Event Registration

By registering for an HMPO LTD event, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Registration confirms your commitment to attend the event on the date and time specified.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be notified at least 14 days prior to the event for a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Event Content

HMPO LTD reserves the right to modify event content, schedule, or speakers due to unforeseen circumstances. Notice will be given whenever possible.

4. Code of Conduct

All attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully. HMPO LTD reserves the right to remove attendees who violate these standards.

5. Liability Waiver

HMPO LTD is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during events. Attendees participate at their own risk.

6. Photography & Recording

By attending, you consent to photography and recording for promotional purposes unless you opt out at registration.
